As an Internal Communications Apprentice, you will support the Internal Communications team in keeping colleagues across stores, distribution centers, and support offices informed and engaged. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting in the creation and distribution of internal communications content, such as newsletters, intranet articles, and announcements. Supporting employee engagement initiatives by helping to plan and execute internal events and campaigns. Collaborating with team members to ensure consistent messaging across all internal channels.

Qualifications and requirements: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Interest in content creation, employee engagement, and internal communications. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
