As an Off-Cycle Intern in our Paris office, you will support senior team members in executing real estate financial advisory transactions. Your responsibilities will include: Financial Analysis: Build and maintain complex financial models to analyze real estate investments, including discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis, leveraged buyouts (LBOs), and sensitivity analysis. Market Research: Conduct in-depth research on real estate markets, property sectors, and economic trends to support client advisory and transaction execution.
