Paint Technician Apprentice

【岗位职责】 学习并执行多种材料上的各类油漆喷涂应用，主要专注于车辆修补；使用先进技术确保油漆和表面处理与原车完美匹配；在经验丰富的技师指导下，掌握表面准备、调漆、底漆、中涂漆和清漆喷涂以及质量检查等技能；协助维护清洁安全的工作环境，遵守安全规程并妥善处理危险材料；与团队协作确保高效工作流程和客户满意度；记录完成的工作和使用的材料；随着进步，承担更复杂的任务，如颜色匹配、调色和修复微小瑕疵；致力于将车辆恢复到事故前状态，交付高质量成果。 【任职要求】 无特定学历或经验要求，但需愿意学习并接受培训；具备良好的动手能力和细致的工作态度；能够遵守安全规程并处理危险材料；具备团队合作精神和沟通能力；有责任心，注重工作质量和客户满意度；能够适应逐步承担更复杂任务的学习过程。

High school diploma or equivalent. Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment. Basic understanding of automotive paint processes is a plus. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques. Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a well-ventilated shop environment. No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
