As a Civil Engineer specializing in Land Development, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing land development projects from concept through completion. Your primary duties include:
Project Design and Planning: Develop site plans, grading and drainage plans, utility layouts, and erosion control measures for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. Ensure designs comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
Technical Analysis: Conduct feasibility studies, site evaluations, and hydrologic/hydraulic analyses to support project design.

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an ABET-accredited program.
Certification: Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification is required.
