We are hiring an entry-level Customer Service Representative for a full-time, in-person role in Toro

岗位职责

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, engaging with customers face-to-face on the sales floor every day.
Your primary responsibility is to enhance the customer experience by providing friendly, energetic, and professional service.
You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive interaction from start to finish.
This role involves no cold calling or headset work; instead, you will actively interact with customers in person, building rapport and addressing their needs.
