As an Engineering Apprenticeship Assessor, you will play a pivotal role in developing the next generation of Royal Signals engineers. Your primary responsibility is to assess and guide engineering apprentices through their apprenticeship programs, ensuring they meet the required standards and competencies. Key responsibilities include: Conducting regular assessments of apprentices' practical and theoretical work, providing constructive feedback to support their development.

To be successful in this role, you should have: A background as an ex-Royal Signals engineer with strong electrical engineering knowledge and experience. Proven experience in engineering, ideally within a military or defense context.
