岗位职责
As an Associate in Client Services, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their research needs are met efficiently and effectively. Your responsibilities include:
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their investment strategies and research requirements. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Project Coordination: Manage end-to-end client projects, including scoping research requests, identifying relevant experts, and coordinating calls or meetings.

Language Skills: Native or near-native fluency in French and English, both written and verbal.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in client services, account management, or a related field, preferably within financial services or research.
