As an Off-Cycle Intern in our Paris office, you will support senior team members in executing real estate financial advisory transactions. Your responsibilities include: Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial modeling, including discounted cash flow analysis, comparable sales analysis, and sensitivity analysis to evaluate real estate investment opportunities. Market Research: Perform in-depth research on real estate markets, property sectors, and economic trends to inform client advisory and transaction strategies.

To be considered for this internship, you must meet the following qualifications: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, with an expected graduation date in 2028 or later. Strong academic record, particularly in finance, economics, real estate, or a related field.
