岗位职责
As an HR Services Intern, you will support the HR team in various administrative and operational tasks.
Your responsibilities include assisting with the onboarding process for new hires, maintaining employee records and databases, and preparing HR-related documents such as contracts and letters.
You will also help organize training sessions and employee engagement activities, respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures, and support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English.
