The Graduate Programme Recruiter & Talent Partner will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for graduate and emerging talent programs. Key responsibilities include:
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business leaders and HR teams to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
Talent Sourcing & Selection: Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-potential candidates, manage the application process, and coordinate assessment centers.

Qualifications and requirements:
Experience in Emerging Talent and/or Learning & Development in Poland.
Experience in stakeholder management.
Experience in coaching or supporting Emerging Talent or equivalent.
Strong understanding of the development landscape.
