岗位职责
As an Office Coordinator at Acaisoft, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
Your duties will include managing office supplies and inventory, coordinating meetings and appointments, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
You will also assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Additionally, you will support the team with event planning, travel arrangements, and other ad-hoc projects as needed.

Student or graduate status (preferred fields: Finance, Management, IT, Administration, or related).
Availability for a full-time, on-site internship for a minimum of 3 months.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to details.
