Join Baxi Heating as an Apprentice Sales Executive to develop sales skills, manage customer relationships, and drive business growth in the South East or North East regions.

岗位职责

As an Apprentice Sales Executive (Level 4) within the Commercial Team, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships. Your responsibilities will be organized across several key areas: Sales Development and Execution: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within your assigned territory (South East or North East). Manage and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients. Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM systems. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in commercial and industrial sectors. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information and technical support as needed. Conduct regular customer visits to understand their needs and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities. Market and Product Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Develop a deep understanding of Baxi’s product portfolio, including heating systems and sustainable energy solutions. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Team Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with the wider Commercial Team to align sales strategies and share best practices. Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and customer insights to management. Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to improve sales processes and outcomes. Administrative and Compliance Duties: Ensure all sales documentation and contracts are completed accurately and in compliance with company policies. Manage travel and expense reports in accordance with company guidelines. Adhere to health, safety, and environmental standards in all work activities.

Qualifications and requirements: - Level 4 Apprenticeship in Sales or equivalent experience. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build and maintain customer relationships. - Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. - Proficiency in using CRM systems for sales tracking and reporting. - Knowledge of heating systems and sustainable energy solutions is preferred. - Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Basic understanding of contract negotiation and sales documentation.
