As a Support Engineering Intern, you will provide technical support to customers using Nordian's high-precision positioning technology. Your responsibilities include:
Responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, and ticketing system, troubleshooting issues related to hardware and software integration.
Diagnosing and resolving technical problems with positioning systems, including sensor calibration, data accuracy, and connectivity issues.
Collaborating with engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues, documenting solutions for future reference.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues systematically.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
