Dairy Manufacturing Apprenticeship

As a Dairy Manufacturing Apprentice, you will work as part of a supportive team on-site, spending time both on the production lines and off-line working on improvement activities and projects. Your role will be critical in ensuring the efficient and high-quality production of dairy products. Your responsibilities will include: - Operating and monitoring dairy manufacturing equipment to ensure production targets are met. - Conducting quality checks on raw materials and finished products to maintain food safety and quality standards. - Participating in continuous improvement projects to enhance production processes and reduce waste. - Collaborating with team members to troubleshoot and resolve production issues. - Maintaining accurate records of production data and quality control results. - Adhering to health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times. - Assisting in the maintenance and cleaning of equipment and work areas. - Learning and applying technical knowledge related to dairy manufacturing, including pasteurization, homogenization, and packaging processes. - Supporting the technical team in product development and process optimization. - Engaging in off-line improvement activities such as data analysis, root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions. This apprenticeship provides hands-on experience in a real-world manufacturing environment, with a focus on developing skills in dairy technology, quality assurance, and process improvement. You will work closely with experienced professionals and receive structured training to build a strong foundation for a career in dairy manufacturing.
