Apprenticeship Coach

The Apprenticeship Coach will guide and mentor apprentices through their personal development journey, helping them succeed in their studies and beyond. Key responsibilities include: - Providing one-on-one coaching and support to apprentices to help them achieve their full potential. - Monitoring and tracking apprentice progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address them. - Collaborating with employers and training providers to ensure apprentices receive comprehensive support. - Delivering workshops and training sessions on personal development, study skills, and career readiness. - Maintaining accurate records of apprentice interactions and progress reports. - Supporting apprentices in overcoming challenges and barriers to success. - Fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages growth and achievement. - Participating in team meetings and professional development activities to enhance coaching practices. This is a part-time (22.5 hours per week), permanent role working all year round.

Qualifications and requirements: - Experience in coaching, mentoring, or supporting learners, particularly in an apprenticeship or vocational education setting. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with apprentices and stakeholders. - Ability to motivate and inspire individuals to achieve their goals. - Organizational skills to manage multiple apprentices and track progress effectively. - Knowledge of apprenticeship frameworks and standards is desirable. - Relevant qualification in education, coaching, or a related field is preferred. - Commitment to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion in all aspects of work.
