As a Student Trainee (Paralegal Specialist) in the Appellate Section, you will join a team responsible for providing critical legal advice to support internal operations, litigation, and other work. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with legal research and analysis on case precedents and decisions. Reviewing and summarizing information in a prescribed format. Preparing written analysis of legal questions with well-supported conclusions and citations. Supporting the Section's litigation efforts and internal operations.
