【岗位职责】 作为Speedy的运营学徒，您将在仓库日常运作中发挥关键作用，跨多个部门培养广泛技能。主要职责包括：亲手操作设备，确保设备在租借给客户前经过测试且安全；协助准备、维护和检查工具、专业租赁设备、机械及支持服务；检查设备故障、清洁和维修物品，并在监督下进行基本维修；支持仓库团队管理库存水平、组织库存，确保设备正确存放并准备发货；帮助处理客户服务任务，如处理租赁订单、处理退货以及现场为客户提供协助；与经验丰富的员工紧密合作，学习仓库运营，包括健康与安全程序、设备处理以及与租赁交易相关的行政任务；根据需要灵活在仓库不同区域之间移动，为整体效率和客户满意度做出贡献；参与培训和发展活动，以建立对租赁行业和运营流程的知识。 【任职要求】 无明确列出。

No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided. However, you should have a strong willingness to learn and develop practical skills. You must be reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team. Good communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and colleagues. You should be comfortable with manual work and able to follow health and safety guidelines. Basic numeracy and literacy skills are needed for handling paperwork and stock records. A positive attitude and a proactive approach to tasks are important. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. A full driving license may be beneficial but is not essential. You should be committed to completing the apprenticeship program and developing a career in the hire industry.
