Your primary responsibility is to assess and guide apprentices through their engineering apprenticeship programs, ensuring they meet the required standards and competencies.

Conducting regular assessments of apprentices' practical and theoretical work, providing constructive feedback to support their development.

A background as an ex-Royal Signals engineer with strong electrical engineering knowledge and experience.

Proven experience in engineering, preferably within a military or defense context.
