As an Internal Communications Apprentice, you will support the Internal Communications team in keeping colleagues across stores, distribution centers, and the head office informed and engaged. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting in the creation and distribution of internal communications content, such as newsletters, intranet updates, and announcements. Supporting employee engagement initiatives by helping to plan and execute internal events and campaigns. Collaborating with team members to gather feedback and measure the effectiveness of communication strategies.

Qualifications and requirements: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Interest in content creation and employee engagement. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
