As the Apprenticeship and Accreditation Lead, you will manage and develop apprenticeship and accreditation programmes across the UK. Your responsibilities include overseeing the end-to-end delivery of apprenticeship programmes, ensuring compliance with funding rules and quality standards. You will coordinate with training providers, internal stakeholders, and apprentices to monitor progress and address any issues. Additionally, you will manage accreditation processes, maintain records, and report on programme outcomes.

Proven experience in managing apprenticeship programmes or similar learning and development initiatives. Strong knowledge of apprenticeship funding rules and quality standards. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
