Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Rapid Progression

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle within a fast-paced consultancy environment. Your primary duties include: - Sourcing and attracting top-tier candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. - Conducting candidate interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure quality matches. - Managing the offer process, including negotiation and closing of placements. - Developing and maintaining a robust candidate database and pipeline for current and future roles. - Collaborating with senior consultants to learn best practices and contribute to team targets. - Participating in business development activities, such as cold calling and client meetings, to expand the client base. - Tracking and reporting on key performance metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate satisfaction, and placement success rates. - Staying updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies. - Contributing to a positive team culture through knowledge sharing and support.
