As an Off-Cycle Intern at Eastdil Secured in Paris, you will support the team in executing a wide range of real estate financial advisory transactions. Your responsibilities will include: Financial Analysis: Conducting financial modeling, valuation analysis, and market research to support advisory mandates. Transaction Support: Assisting in the preparation of pitch books, client presentations, and transaction materials for mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising.

To be considered for this internship, you must meet the following qualifications: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in finance, economics, real estate, or a related field. Strong academic record with demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills.
