As an HR Services Intern at Zenita Group, you will support the HR team in various administrative and operational tasks. Your responsibilities include:
Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing documentation and coordinating orientation sessions.
Maintaining and updating employee records in the HR database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Supporting the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and managing applicant tracking systems.
