As a Graduate Programme Recruiter & Talent Partner, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for graduate and emerging talent programs. Your key responsibilities include:
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business leaders and HR teams to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
Talent Development: Coach and support emerging talent throughout their onboarding and development journey, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

Experience in Emerging Talent and/or Learning & Development in Poland.
Experience in stakeholder management.
Experience in coaching or supporting Emerging Talent or equivalent.
Strong understanding of the development landscape.
