Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Uncapped Commission

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing client relationships and closing deals. Your primary duties include: Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking events) to identify and attract top talent. Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability. Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. Act as a trusted advisor, offering market insights and guidance. Business Development: Proactively generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Pitch recruitment services to potential clients and negotiate contracts. Full Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, including job posting, candidate shortlisting, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding support. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies and advise clients. Performance Targets: Achieve individual and team targets for placements, revenue, and client satisfaction. Work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with uncapped commission potential. Collaboration: Work closely with senior consultants and management to share best practices, participate in training sessions, and contribute to team success. Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

To succeed in this role, you should possess: - **Education**: A bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred but not essential. - **Experience**: No prior recruitment experience required; full training provided. However, any sales, customer service, or business development experience is advantageous. - **Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, and a results-driven mindset. - **Personal Attributes**: Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable with cold calling and rejection. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong organizational and time management skills. - **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM software is a plus. - **Other**: A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle may be required for client meetings.
