Join a rapidly growing consultancy as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant in Sales, where you will receive full training and clear progression to management while managing the full recruitment lifecycle for engineering, technical, IT, and finance sectors.
岗位职责
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant in Sales, you will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, focusing on sourcing and placing top talent within the engineering, technical, IT, and finance sectors. Your primary duties include:
Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs, provide market insights, and deliver tailored recruitment solutions. You will proactively identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks to attract and engage high-quality candidates. You will screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability against client requirements.
Sales and Business Development: Drive revenue growth by securing new client accounts and expanding existing relationships. You will negotiate fee structures, manage contract terms, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Recruitment Process Management: Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance. This includes scheduling interviews, providing feedback, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to provide strategic advice to clients and candidates. You will contribute to team knowledge sharing and best practice development.
Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators such as placements, revenue, and client satisfaction. You will regularly report on progress and adjust strategies to achieve personal and team goals.
Collaboration: Work closely with senior consultants and management to support team objectives, share leads, and participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- **Education**: A bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred but not essential.
- **Experience**: No prior recruitment experience is required as full training is provided. However, any sales, customer service, or business development experience is advantageous.
- **Skills**: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence others. Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple priorities. A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
- **Personal Attributes**: Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment. A proactive attitude towards learning and development. High level of integrity and professionalism.
