As a Trainee Salesperson in Recruitment, you will be responsible for driving sales and building client relationships in a fast-paced environment. Your primary duties include:
Sales and Business Development: Proactively identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, and market research. Present recruitment services to businesses, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet sales targets.
Candidate Sourcing and Management: Source, screen, and interview candidates to match client requirements. Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and manage the recruitment process from initial contact to placement.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients. Understand their hiring needs, provide tailored recruitment solutions, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Market Research and Strategy: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and labor market conditions. Use insights to refine sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
Performance Tracking: Monitor personal sales metrics, including call volumes, meetings booked, placements made, and revenue generated. Report progress to management and adjust tactics to achieve targets.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior recruiters and other team members to share leads, best practices, and support overall team goals. Participate in training sessions to enhance sales and recruitment skills.
Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, candidate profiles, and sales activities in the CRM system. Prepare reports and documentation as required.
