As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will take full ownership of your own desk, managing the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement. Your primary responsibilities include:
Client Acquisition and Management: Proactively identify and engage with potential client companies through cold calling, networking, and market research. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals to attract top talent. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Matching and Placement: Match qualified candidates with suitable job opportunities, presenting them to clients and managing the interview process. Negotiate offers and facilitate successful placements.
Market Research and Business Development: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities. Identify new business opportunities and expand your client portfolio.
Performance and Commission: Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets, with uncapped commission potential based on placements made. Track your own performance metrics and continuously improve your sales techniques.
Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance your recruitment and sales skills. Progress through a structured career path with opportunities for advancement.
