Entry-Level Sales Consultant (Recruitment)

As an Entry-Level Sales Consultant in recruitment, you will be responsible for building and managing client relationships while sourcing top talent for various roles. Your primary duties include: Client Acquisition and Management: Proactively identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, and market research. Develop a deep understanding of client needs to provide tailored recruitment solutions. Maintain ongoing communication to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Utilize job boards, social media, and professional networks to attract qualified candidates. Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit. Build a pipeline of passive and active candidates for current and future roles. Full Recruitment Cycle Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation. Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and facilitate communication between clients and candidates. Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all parties. Sales and Revenue Generation: Achieve individual and team sales targets by successfully placing candidates. Negotiate fees and terms with clients. Identify opportunities for upselling additional services. Market Research and Strategy: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities. Provide insights to clients on market conditions and hiring strategies. Contribute to business development initiatives. Administrative and Reporting Tasks: Maintain accurate records in the CRM system. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and placement metrics. Ensure compliance with data protection and recruitment regulations. Continuous Learning and Development: Participate in structured 1-on-1 training sessions to enhance recruitment and sales skills. Receive ongoing coaching from senior consultants. Progress towards managing your own desk and eventually leading a team.
