Trainee Recruitment Consultant (Uncapped Earning Potential)

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to building and maintaining client relationships. Your primary duties include: Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Proactively identify and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking. Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability for client roles. Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand their hiring needs, provide market insights, and deliver tailored recruitment solutions to meet their requirements. Business Development: Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Pitch recruitment services to potential clients and negotiate terms to secure contracts. Full Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate shortlisting, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding support. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to provide strategic advice to clients and candidates. Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed individual and team targets for placements, revenue, and client satisfaction. Maintain accurate records in the CRM system. Collaboration: Work closely with senior consultants and management to share best practices, participate in training sessions, and contribute to team goals.
