As an Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle within a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Your primary duties include:
Client Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs, providing consultative advice on market trends, and ensuring a high level of service delivery.
Candidate Sourcing: Proactively sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
Business Development: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and client meetings to expand the company's client base.
Placement Execution: Matching qualified candidates with suitable job openings, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and managing the offer process to successful placement.
Performance Tracking: Meeting and exceeding individual and team targets for placements, revenue, and client satisfaction, while maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
Market Research: Staying informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
Collaboration: Working closely with senior consultants and management to share best practices, support team goals, and contribute to a positive, high-performance culture.
Career Development: Participating in structured 1-on-1 training sessions with senior team members to rapidly develop recruitment and sales skills, with a clear path to becoming a self-sufficient expert or progressing into branch management.
