OCA-FY26 Clinical Psychologist - BHIP

【岗位职责】 在行为健康跨学科项目（BHIP）中为退伍军人提供全面的心理健康服务，包括进行心理评估、诊断评估和循证心理治疗；制定并实施个性化治疗计划，与跨学科团队成员协作，并根据需要进行危机干预；按照VA政策维护准确的临床文档，参与治疗团队会议，并为项目发展和质量改进计划做出贡献；向其他医疗提供者提供咨询，并可能监督心理学实习生或其他心理健康工作人员；进行心理测试和结果解释，为患者和家属提供心理教育，并参与推广活动以促进心理健康服务；遵守伦理指南和VA规定，确保提供文化胜任的护理；可能参与研究活动，并通过继续教育保持临床心理学的最新进展。 【任职要求】 持有临床心理学博士学位或同等学历；具备在心理健康领域进行心理评估、诊断和循证治疗的专业能力；熟悉VA政策和伦理指南；具备良好的团队协作和沟通能力；有监督经验者优先；能够提供文化胜任的服务；愿意参与研究并持续学习。

Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must be proficient in spoken and written English. Must hold a doctoral degree in psychology from an APA, PCSAS, or CPA accredited program in clinical, counseling, or clinical neuropsychology (school psychology not eligible). Alternatively, a doctoral degree in any psychology area with completion of an APA/CPA accredited re-specialization program in an appropriate specialty. Degrees awarded between 1951 and 1978 from a regionally-accredited institution with a psychological dissertation also qualify. Must hold a full, current, and unrestricted license to practice psychology at the doctoral level in a U.S. state, territory, or the District of Columbia. Non-licensed applicants may be appointed temporarily as a 'graduate psychologist' for up to two years under supervision. Completion of an APA or CPA accredited internship is required.
