Recruitment Consultant

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing client relationships and closing deals. Your primary focus will be on driving business growth through proactive sales activities, including cold calling, networking, and building a pipeline of both candidates and clients. You will work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment where you will be expected to meet and exceed performance metrics. Key responsibilities include: conducting market research to identify potential clients and candidates, negotiating terms and fees, managing the interview and offer process, and ensuring a high level of service delivery. You will also be required to maintain accurate records of all interactions and placements using our CRM system. Additionally, you will participate in regular training sessions to develop your sales and recruitment skills, with clear pathways for progression to senior consultant and management roles. The role demands resilience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure to achieve individual and team targets.

We are looking for a highly motivated and competitive individual with a strong drive to succeed. No prior recruitment experience is required as full training will be provided, but you must demonstrate a sales-oriented mindset and a willingness to learn. Essential qualifications include: excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to work in a high-intensity, target-driven environment. You should be comfortable with cold calling and building relationships from scratch. A degree is preferred but not essential if you have relevant sales or customer service experience. You must be based in or willing to relocate to Bristol City Centre for this office-based role.
