Join our HR team in our newly opened office in the heart of Milan.

Side by side with your tutor in this internship program, you will feel part of our HR team learning and interacting with different areas.

Moreover, you will learn about the processes, procedures, and ongoing team activities.

Develop your capabilities through meaningful tasks and projects.

Promote and support the adoption of our brand-new integrated employee management platform and provide guidance as required.

Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related queries and issues.

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Strong interest in HR and people management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a team and independently.

Proactive and eager to learn.
