As an HRBP Intern at ABB, you will support the Human Resources Business Partner team in driving HR initiatives and processes. Your key responsibilities include: Assisting in the implementation of HR strategies and programs that align with business objectives. Supporting employee relations activities, including conflict resolution and performance management. Participating in talent management processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and development programs. Contributing to diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications and requirements: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
