As a Buying Administrator intern, you will support the Supply Chain Management team in purchasing activities. Your responsibilities include:
Assisting in the procurement process by preparing purchase orders and ensuring accuracy of documentation.
Monitoring supplier performance and maintaining supplier databases.
Coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Analyzing inventory levels and assisting in inventory management.
Supporting the resolution of supply chain issues and discrepancies.
Participating in cost reduction initiatives and supplier negotiations.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
