As an Office Coordinator at Acaisoft, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
Your duties will include managing office supplies and inventory, coordinating meeting schedules and room bookings, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, and assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
You will also support the team by organizing office events, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and liaising with vendors and service providers.

Student or graduate status, preferably in Finance, Management, IT, Administration, or related fields.
Availability for a full-time, on-site internship for a minimum of 3 months.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
