Recruitment Consultant (Uncapped Commission)

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing client relationships and closing deals. Your primary duties include: Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs, provide market insights, and deliver tailored recruitment solutions. You will proactively identify new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, databases, and networking) to attract and engage top talent. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability. Sales and Business Development: Drive revenue by matching candidates with client vacancies, negotiating terms, and closing placements. You will work towards individual and team targets in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Account Management: Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business. You will handle contract negotiations, offer management, and post-placement follow-ups. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to provide strategic advice to clients and candidates. Team Collaboration: Work closely with a close-knit team to share leads, best practices, and support each other in achieving collective goals. You will participate in regular team meetings and training sessions. Progression and Development: Take advantage of full on-the-job training and clear pathways for rapid progression into senior roles within your first year.
