Trainee Recruitment Consultant (College Leaver)

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for clients in the Engineering, IT, Tech, and Finance sectors across the UK and overseas. Your primary duties include: - Sourcing and attracting top-tier candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and direct outreach. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates to understand their needs and match them effectively. - Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit. - Managing the recruitment process from initial contact through offer negotiation and placement. - Developing and executing sales strategies to win new business and expand existing client accounts. - Meeting and exceeding individual and team targets for placements and revenue generation. - Providing market insights and advice to clients on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability. - Collaborating with senior consultants and team members to share best practices and support business growth. - Maintaining accurate records of all recruitment activities in the company’s CRM system. - Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales and recruitment skills.
