This role involves piloting an AI-assisted instructional design workflow to enhance the efficiency and quality of eLearning content development. Key responsibilities include: Collaborating with instructional designers to integrate AI tools into the ADDIE or agile development process. Using AI for content generation, research, and writing support to streamline course creation. Evaluating and refining AI-generated materials to ensure alignment with learning objectives and federal standards. Documenting workflow processes and best practices for AI-assisted design.

Qualifications and requirements: MS or PhD candidates preferred; BS students with strong data analytics or research experience may be considered. Coursework or experience in instructional design, learning technologies, education, public administration, or a related field.
