The Psychologist Program Manager for the Behavioral Health Interdisciplinary Program (BHIP) is responsible for organizing work, setting priorities, delegating tasks, and meeting multiple deadlines. This role involves utilizing evidence-based practices and clinical practice guidelines appropriately, and guiding staff in using these tools. The manager must deal effectively with individuals or groups, and manage and direct the program to ensure high-quality behavioral health services.

Basic Requirements: Education: Doctoral degree in psychology from an APA, PCSAS, or CPA accredited program, with specialty area consistent with assignment (excluding school psychology). OR Doctoral degree in any psychology area plus completion of an APA/CPA accredited re-specialization program.
