As a Représentant interne pièces et service-client, you will be responsible for managing internal parts sales and providing exceptional customer service. Your primary duties include: Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, addressing questions about parts availability, pricing, and order status. Processing orders for HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) parts and specialized equipment accurately and efficiently. Collaborating with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and resolve any discrepancies.

To succeed in this role, you should have: Previous experience in customer service, parts sales, or a related field, preferably in HVAC or industrial equipment. Strong communication skills in French and English, both verbal and written.
