Junior Salesperson (Recruitment / Full Training)

As a Junior Salesperson in our recruitment team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through proactive client acquisition and relationship management. Your primary duties include identifying and engaging potential clients via cold calling, email outreach, and networking to generate new business opportunities. You will manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. Additionally, you will collaborate with senior sales team members to refine sales strategies and meet monthly targets. You will maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system, and provide regular reports on performance metrics. This role requires a high level of energy and resilience, as you will work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. You will also participate in ongoing training sessions to develop your sales skills and product knowledge, with clear pathways for advancement to senior roles based on performance.

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong drive for career advancement, a competitive nature, and a willingness to work hard to achieve results. No prior sales experience is required as full training is provided, but you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. You must be comfortable with cold calling and rejection, and have a results-oriented mindset. A high level of self-motivation and discipline is essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software is preferred but not mandatory. You must be based in or willing to relocate to Bristol City Centre.
