As a Graduate Associate in Client Services, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service. Your responsibilities include:
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their research needs and providing tailored solutions. Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through our platform and services.
Project Coordination: Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, from initial inquiry to completion.
