As an Intern in Campus Recruitment, you will support the recruitment team in attracting and selecting top talent from universities. Your responsibilities include:
Assisting with the planning and execution of campus recruitment events, such as career fairs, information sessions, and interview days.
Coordinating with university career centers and student organizations to promote job opportunities.
Reviewing resumes and applications, and conducting initial screenings of candidates.
Scheduling interviews and managing communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
