As an HR Digitalization Intern at Volkswagen Group España Distribución (VGED), you will play a key role in driving the digital transformation of HR processes. Your responsibilities will include:
Data Analytics & Reporting: Analyze HR data to generate insights that support decision-making in talent management, workforce planning, and employee engagement. Use tools like Excel, Power BI, or similar to create dashboards and reports.

Currently studying or recently graduated in Business Administration (ADE), Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
Strong interest in people management and digital transformation.
