As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, focusing on building and maintaining client relationships, sourcing and screening candidates, and driving business development. Your responsibilities include:
- Client Management: Identify and engage new clients through business development activities, understand their hiring needs, and provide tailored recruitment solutions. Maintain existing client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to attract top talent. Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability for specific roles.
- Recruitment Process: Manage end-to-end recruitment from job posting to offer negotiation. Coordinate interviews, provide feedback to candidates and clients, and facilitate successful placements.
- Sales and Business Development: Proactively generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking events, and market research. Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Training and Development: Participate in a structured 1-on-1 training program delivered by senior team members to develop skills in sales, negotiation, and recruitment best practices. Receive ongoing coaching to progress towards management roles.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, prepare reports on recruitment activities, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to share market insights, support team goals, and contribute to a positive work environment. Attend regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Career Progression: Demonstrate potential for advancement into management positions through consistent performance and leadership qualities. The role offers clear pathways for growth within the organization.
