Junior Salesperson (College Leaver)

As a Junior Salesperson, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through proactive client engagement and lead generation. Your primary duties include identifying and contacting potential clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to present our products or services. You will manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system. You will collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for penetrating new markets and increasing revenue. Regular performance reviews will track your progress against targets, with opportunities for rapid progression based on results. You will also participate in ongoing training sessions to refine your sales techniques and product knowledge. This role requires a high level of self-motivation and resilience, as you will face rejection and need to persistently pursue leads. You will be expected to meet or exceed monthly sales quotas, contributing to the overall success of the sales department.

No prior sales experience is required, as full training is provided. However, candidates must possess a strong competitive drive, a winning mentality, and a relentless determination to achieve goals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with clients. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is necessary. A college leaver from any background is welcome. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle may be required for client meetings. Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office, is expected. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are crucial for success in this role.
