The apprentice locksmith will work in a busy workshop, receiving both onsite and Tafe training throughout the apprenticeship. Responsibilities include learning the craft over a two-year period, starting with workshop tasks such as cutting keys, rekeying locks, and serving customers. As skills develop, the apprentice will be introduced to onsite work at houses and businesses, handling all types of locks, safes, and automotive work. The role requires a mechanically and electronically minded individual who is reliable and possesses a strong work ethic.

Mechanically and electronically minded. Must be reliable with good work ethic. Willingness to undergo onsite and Tafe training.
