Junior Salesperson (360 Recruitment)

As a Junior Salesperson in 360 Recruitment, you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to managing client relationships and closing deals. Your day-to-day activities will include: Candidate Sourcing and Engagement: Proactively identify and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability. Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and business culture. Present suitable candidates and manage the interview process, including feedback and offer negotiations. Sales and Business Development: Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking. Pitch recruitment services to potential clients and negotiate terms to secure contracts. Full Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate shortlisting, interview coordination, reference checks, and offer management. Ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and clients. Performance and Targets: Work towards individual and team targets, including placement numbers, revenue goals, and client satisfaction metrics. Use CRM systems to track activities and maintain accurate records. Collaboration and Learning: Work closely with a supportive team to share best practices and strategies. Participate in regular training sessions to develop sales and recruitment skills, with a focus on rapid progression.
